Job Description:

  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to increase team and organization efficiency and effectiveness across departments
  • Works collaboratively with the organization (departments/functional) leaders and other HR team to develop and implement OD solutions and programs in addressing and resolving challenges and bottlenecks
  • Provide regular updates on progress of ongoing OD programs and process to keep everyone on track
  • Actively engages, coaches and educates Team Leaders in the team effectiveness process, leadership development, and career progression
  • Champion the individual development of focused managers and emerging leaders at every team
  • Assess and map Hi Potentials (HiPos) talent, build development programs and establish retention initiatives for HiPos
  • Map Critical roles, design succession planning for all critical roles and build a healthy succession pipelines for critical roles.
  • Establish and execute excellent performance management process
  • Maintain a dynamic and excellence Career Progression for all employees
  • Develop and monitor Leadership Development Programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management
  • 3-5 years of working experience
  • Prior experience in corporate Talent Management and OD background
  • Experience in working with Senior Roles
  • Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Effective communicator
  • Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong analytical skills is required
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
